IDS seals sponsorship deal with PC World


Ad sales house IDS has secured PC World sponsorship for autumn crime dramas on Virgin Media TV channels Living and Virgin1, valued in the region of £500,000.

The new partnership will see PC World become exclusive sponsor of Criminal Minds running on Living and Virgin 1 and CSI on Living.
Specially-created crimescene-themed idents, placed by Walker Media, will promote PC World's key products in the run-up to the retailer's pivotal pre-Christmas trading period.

Last week, IDS began a three-month trial period for ads around Virgin Media's video-on-demand TV platform, with launch advertisers including Kellogg's, General Motors and John Lewis.
