ITV1 to reveal Guilty Pleasures

Fearne Cotton is to front ITV1 primetime entertainment show Guilty Pleasures that will see pop stars such as Kelly Osbourne and KT Tunstall belt out their favourite songs.

The one off special will feature eight top music acts performing tunes they secretly love in front of a studio audience.

The Leopard Films-produced show will see Osbourne sing Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart, KT Tunstall perform The Voice by John Farnham, The Feeling take on The Buggles' Video Killed The Radio Star and Craig David attempting If You Let Me Stay by Terrence Trent D'Arby.

The Magic Numbers will sing Islands In The Stream by Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton, Diamond Hoo Ha Men, better known as Danny and Gaz from Supergrass, will be singing their version of Michael Jackson's Beat It, while Sophie Ellis Bextor will give her rendition of Yes Sir I Can Boogie by Baccara. Scottish musician Amy Macdonald will sing Sweet Caroline by Neil Diamond.

The ITV1 show is the latest brand extension by Sean Rowley who created the Guilty Pleasures radio show before expanding into festival appearances and club nights.

ITV controller of Music and Events Guy Freeman commissioned the show. It will be executive produced by Leopard Films' chief executive James Burstall and Jennifer Coyle.

Burstall said: "When we saw [Guilty Pleasures] at Glastonbury we just knew that we had to take this to ITV - it has street cred, it's feelgood and is a sparky new addition to the Saturday night line-up."
