Friday Night Project moving to Sunday

The Friday Night Project is to move to Sundays when it returns to Channel 4 next month.



C4 has talked for some time about wanting to beef up its Sunday night schedules with more homegrown content and told indies last year that it wanted a show to rival Top Gear.

The Project is made by Princess Productions and was originally presented by Jimmy Carr, Rob Rouse, Sharon Horgan and Lucy Montgomery when it first aired in 2005. Carr and Lee Collins took over from the second series.

It finished its sixth run last month.
